The staff was lovely. They kept the pool area very clean. The hotel is bright (which I like).

The pools are a bit small. The room had poor ventilation. I did not receive information about restaurant reservations until I asked at reception (after a few days).

sewage smell long queues

the modern room design met my expectations. it was definitely acceptable.

I faced several issues. there was a constant sewage smell near my room. It was especially noticeable in the evenings. it wasn't all the time, but it was there often enough to be frustrating. i was also annoyed by the queues at the bars.. it took a long time to get a drink.

I found the food variety good across the different restaurants with varied menus. The spa was relaxing and enjoyable. The staff worked hard there.
